Great marina - location, location, location. Everything is close to the marina. There are at least four restaurants right on the property. The beach is a 5 minute walk - right across the street. The Jolly Trolly stops at the marina - $5 ride all day. The docks are older fixed - so not perfect but the location is fantastic.
