Overal staff is very friendly and pleasant and a lot of this isn’t their fault as it’s a city marina. Stayed here for 4 months. 1. THE PARKING SUCKS, god forbid you have a car here. Friday - Sunday forget about moving your car cause you won’t have a spot to come back to. 2. Again Friday - Sunday your boat will ROCK constantly due to jet ski renters, commercial boats and people that don’t care it’s a no wake zone. 3. Security is a joke, they allow ANYONE to freely roam the docks, it gets pretty annoying trying to relax on your boat and your backyard is strangers that aren’t boat owners constantly walking by asking you about your boat. 4. The showers are pathetic, MAYBE 10 minutes worth of hot water if you’re lucky. 5. Absolutely SUCKS they don’t have floating docks! That’s the cons. PROS. Good views, everything you need is within walking distance including a publix grocery store (1/5 mile walk) CVS, Walgreens, liquor, abundance of restaurants etc…. FYI they are getting ready to do a $35 million renovation to this marina so I’m sure a lot will be fixed from what I’ve mentioned and again it’s not the staff and last thing is don’t expect to get all your mail there if you’re staying a awhile, had a ton of mail just vanish into thin air. Dock hands are excellent and very courteous!!! THIS IS NOT THE STAFFS FAULT, the cities fault if you ask me.
