Scrolling through the reviews I see we are not the only folk with power issues and how convenient it is for the dock master to blame the boat/boat owners.
The good about the marina? The dock hands are excellent, eager, helpful and professional, they could not be better.
The location is perfect.
The wonder of Dockwa is that when you make a reservation months in advance it is very clear what power you require so it is difficult to understand why, on arrival you are assigned a slip that does not have the prerequisite power.
It doesn't matter how nice a place is if you can't sit outside because the boat next to you has the same issue and is emitting exhaust fumes from running their generator . We are also running our generator, sorry neighbors! Talking to the surrounding boaters this is an ongoing issue even though the docks have been recently renovated.
It would be nice to see the dock master but he has been MIA. I look forward to his reply to my review.
UPDATE: Huge thanks to the Sag Harbor Harbor Master and the Assistant Harbor Master who went above and beyond trying to sort out the issues with the power supply. In the end the boat next to us moved, shout out and thanks to @myrealitycharters -if you are looking for a charter they are great!
