WOW....really bad 1st impression encounter w the female that answered the phone, negative tone right from the get go. Was reviewing the winter checklist and called to ask a few questions about storage, whether patrons are allowed to bottom paint in spring etc etc, andd she immidiately asked what kind of motor I had, told was an I/O and she immidaitely shot back, "yea we don't work on those motors", i'm like, "i wasn't asking about work on my motor, like what do you mean", again "well we don't wotk those motors". Im looking at the checklist right in front of me, it has/says "STERN DRIVE WINTERIZATIONS" and "Store outdrive" and "outdrive service" and Bravo III extra" and I say to her, she is then well what year is the boat, I say 2018, to which she says oh ok "we just dont work on older ones"...whatever that means.....anyway, just a extremely nasty and condescending female answering the phone. These people apparently don't need the busines and they will not get mine.
