I had some work done on my Sea Ray 310 sundancer at Westin's Marine Center in Sayville which I believe has caused some follow on issues with my Sea Ray costing $26K+. I have attempted to contact Westin’s multiple times over the past few months via phone calls, messages, emails and have even sent 2 certified letters, yet no response. I am only sharing this as a friendly advisory as to the service which is provided by Westin's. My experience with Westin's while they had my boat wasn't terrible but the fact that they won't even respond to me regarding the issues I am having is disturbing. It seems to me that once I paid for the work they performed, any after math is not worthy of a follow up and clearly do not stand behind their work.
