Aggravating start that got better after my complaint. I requested broadside docking. and called once a month since Jan 2023 to not get a confirmation until entering the inlet. By the time I arrived at the dock, 15 minutes later, the spot was given to a boat that was already in a stern slip and had a swim platform. Place is ran with little knowledge applied and a lot of emotional organization.
This has been happening for years in my experience.
