Dock master's staff gives precise instructions on approach and guidance to slips. Dock staff move about tying up boats like performers for Cirque du Soleil . . . poetry in motion!! They are attentive, friendly and take time to make sure your vessel is adequately positioned and set up. Marina is very understanding for cancellations and quickly process reimbursements. However, I would have given a 5-star rating if my boat was not guided into a slip narrower than her beam, even though I mentioned it appeared to be small when backing in. The problem was rectified quickly but not before my vessel was wedged between 2 pilings. I would return to this marina but recommend the they take steps to remedy the water pooling in the newly renovated shower area.
