The City of Miami owns and operates 4 conveniently located marine facilities. Miamarina Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Miami, on the Atlantic ICW at the west end of Government Cut, Miamarina is designed to accommodate yachtsmen and their vessels to 200' in our deep water slips. The marina was completely rebuilt and reopened in 1997, and our 130 slips were constructed with vessel safety and comfort in mind. Dockage is available on a transient, or long-term basis, or commercial basis and water and electricity usage is included in our rates.
Miamarina is situated within the Bayside Marketplace, an internationally flavored assortment of over 100 stores, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Our marina is located next door to the American Airlines Arena, home of the NBA's Miami Heat, and just a short distance from such local attractions as South Beach, Miami Children's Museum, Parrot Jungle Island, and the Miami Seaquarium. Each February, Miamarina is proud host to the Strictly Sail venue of the Miami International Boat Show, attracting visitors from around the world and featuring the latest sailboats, sailing yachts equipment, and merchandise.

Dinner Key Marina, our flagship facility, is located just south of downtown, in historic Coconut Grove. The 582 slip marina (Florida's argest wet slip marine facility) provides modern comfortable berthing accommodations in a park-like setting to transient, long-term, and commercial dockage liveaboard customers at very reasonable rates.
Dinner Key originally served as base of operations for Pan American Airway's famed flying boats, the Clippers, and plenty of history has been retained in the area. The original Pan Am terminal building (next door to Dinner Key Marina) now serves as Miami City Hall, although it has retained its historic charm. Nearby is Villa Vizcaya, former home of International Harvester founder James Deering and now a public museum. A short walk from the marina lands you in the heart of Coconut Grove village, where you'll find a fashionable retail and entertainment district, along with the world renowned CocoWalk.

Dinner Key Mooring Facility, the City's 225 vessel mooring facility lies just offshore from Dinner Key Marina, in Coconut Grove. The facility features moorings constructed of high quality steel helix anchors coupled with Helmken StormSoft upline/buoy systems designed to safely accommodate vessels to 40'. The facility accepts transient and long-term moorage customers, and offers a variety of services and amenities, including Harbormaster's Office & Lounge; restrooms, shower, and laundry facilities; dinghy dock with customer shuttle vessel service; vehicle & bicycle parking; trash pickup and recycling. Marine Stadium Marina is located just to the south and east of downtown on beautiful Virginia Key is Marine Stadium Marina, one of South Florida's largest full-service dry storage facilities. The 300 berth marina is capable of handling vessels to 45' with a gross vessel weight of 18,000 pounds. Safe, reliable service is provided by our well-maintained Wiggins and Taylor marine fork lift trucks, our team of experienced drivers, and courteous and professional office staff seven days a week.
Marine Stadium Marina offers such on-site amenities as 89 octane fuel, available pre-splash fueling, a service & repair facility featuring monthly wash and maintenance plans, a Ship's Store and seafood restaurant. Whether accommodating year-round boaters or those visiting our area for a shorter time, Marine Stadium Marina offers a high quality, professionally operated, and service-driven dry storage marina at highly competitive rates.
