The staff is helpful and welcoming. The location can’t be beat - right in the Old Port neighborhood. We had lunch at Demillo’s Restaurant which is in the marina, and Steve Demillo stopped by our table. The toilet and shower facilities were spacious and clean. The gates at the marina docks seem secure, which can be a consideration in urban marinas.
