It's rolly in the slips. Constant parade of tour boats in the fairway. Stadium lights were annoying, but probably needed for security. No place to walk a dog, literally paved everywhere. Portland is filthy and disgusting. Sidewalks full of pot holes. Restaurants are over rated and over priced. Very disappointed, won't be back.
