On the positive side, Townsend Marina is close to town which makes it a great location. The marina is small, docking is a little bit tight. But my big negative is that I visited in August of 2020 and they are taking zero precautions for Covid-19. I had been to 5 different marinas over the course of about 10 days in Long Island Sound and this was the only place where the dock hands were not wearing masks, where there was no sanitizer publicly available, no rules about restricting access or social distancing at the pool. No signs about wearing masks when on the docks near others. Needless to stay I would not go here again.
