Classic boat yard - they make the Shelter Island Runabout (favored by Billy Joel) and has a great reputation for yacht maintenance (fortunately we did not need).
We loved Coecles Harbor, and they are at the end of it - be brave about shallow water. Location is amazing - gorgeous coves, etc. We could dinghy to the kayak rental 'next door' and had a great day exploring the area. This was after a week on the water, so we appreciated the fuel dock, head pump-out, fresh water, and laundry - boat and crew refreshed! There are bike and car rentals for getting to town (a couple miles away) or for exploring the island by land. There is also a small chandlery.
