We arrived at 7:30 pm, unaware that they close at 5 pm. Ended up taking any mooring we found unoccupied. Had a little trouble going in at low tide, in an unmarked channel.
They, or DOCKWA, should have informed us about these things as soon as I paid for the mooring or at least the day before.
Checked with them in the morning to find out they have no launch service.
There must be some "truth in booking", that DockWa is responsible for.
