Not the best experience. These office staff was very friendly and helpful but the dock boy was not. The slips are very tight and is not a floating dock so you have to tie up to piling's. We were told there was a shuttle but were not told that we needed to make a reservation for the shuttle so we ended up walking a mile and a half back-and-forth to the restaurant since we could not get a taxi. If we visit shelter Island again we will likely try a different marina
