service dock: depth 8 feet minimum, dock is short at about 30 feet long but there is sufficient water space for a vessel 50 feet long,service dock is at shore end of broad fairway between slips which would make for challenging boat handling with winds of every direction

convenience: marina visible and about a half mile from usual small craft route marked on charts
