We arrived late for a quick over night stay as we are traveling the ICW. Communication was great with the staff they left key cards for us to pick up when we arrived. Once we arrived, I went to walk my dog and neither key card worked when I returned. I was locked out for a good 10 minutes with my dog until someone came that was going in. I reached out to staff with text and again communication was great and staff offered to come back to fix it or it could be done through their phone. It didn’t matter at that point because we were just going to bed and leaving early. We did note as soon as we arrived there were roaches all over the docks, which we found out later has been a problem in the past, we had to spray down our dock lines with Roach killer, so they hopefully would not come on our boat. I did not visit the other amenities as we did not need that so I can only comment to the key cards not working and the roaches.
