We never pass up a chance to stop at Onancock Wharf when we are on a cruise. The facility is clean, convenient, and very reasonably priced. Dockmaster Craig is super helpful and friendly. The wharf is right in town so you can walk to a variety of good restaurants and shops and stroll the quiet neighborhood.
Staying here also provides a convenient way to visit Tangier Island via Captain Mark Crockett's boat that is kept at the wharf. A great day trip with plenty of time to explore the charms of Tangier.
Floating docks and free laundry are also very nice features.
