Just stayed two nights on one of their moorings with my wife for a quick getaway. Great launch service. Very quick to get to you. Visited the club briefly but didn’t have a chance to visit their restaurant which I heard was great. I did get to swim in their pool which is huge. Club looks nice from the outside. It was closed when I went for a swim but the pool opened at 10 am which was great. We will definitely stay there again and next time hopefully try their restaurant. Also the moorings were easy to hook up to as they have two lines each to hook up to each bow cleat.

Clean mooring lines, courteous launch drivers and enjoyable dinner.

The dock staff and launch staff at the Centerport Yacht Club were absolutely wonderful during our 3 night stay, merrily transporting us and our puppy ashore whenever nature called. Our boat was damaged by an errant sailboat sailing, not motoring through the mooring field. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting in the process with the Harbor Patrol, tracking down the sailboat and coordinating conversations with all the necessary parties. The mooring field itself is well laid out and spacious, with mooring balls clearly marked, fresh pennants and pick-up sticks. And directions to our mooring were precise and easy to follow. I highly recommend visiting the Centerport Yacht Club ! Corky Stewart… Sassy Brass.

Great staff and nice moorings

Centerport YC is excellent and remains our family’s top choice for mooring during our trips to the Town.

The marina staff was very accommodating even though this was a VERY busy holiday weekend with events drawing hundreds of boaters nearby. And the facilities and amenities really rounded out our stay.

They do a great job there. It was Monday so the club house was closed but pool was open for my grandsons. The mooring are clean, the launch service is very reliable and the drivers are very helpful. Thanks for the great night

Northport Harbor, hosted by Centerport YC, is a stunningly beautiful place for visiting sailors, and that’s just for starters. There is also an interesting waterfront town and a welcoming yacht club both accessible through a precision launch service. As a longtime New England sailor who’s been to every stop between Sandy Hook and Southwest Harbor (Maine) , I can say this is one of the best!

Very nice club with excellent launch service. Not sure how they do it, but we never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Nice lunch in the round bar with good service. Spent some time at the pool, which is well maintained and good lifeguards.

Great club, nice pool, right across from Main Street Northport

Great place to stay. Really nice bar and very friendly staff. One shower in ladies room was missing the shower head but otherwise clean and cool. Walking distance to the Vanderbilt museum which was amazing. I highly recommend staying here. Not much to do on that side of the harbor but the launch dropped off in Northport.
