I love this marina. The location is the main draw- downtown & the waterfront of Tampa are within easy walking distance. Lots of activity on the weekend. I can't quite give it 5 stars due to its lack of a dedicate shower and restroom for marina guests. The nearby "Sail" restaurant has a restroom, but it's locked at night. Otherwise, it is great.
