Nice floating concrete docks with electricity and water at a great rate. Nice cleats and rub rails. Can be rather loud until 2am when the Harbor Island bars finally close, didn't bother me but GF couldn't sleep till the music stopped. Also, can be a bit bouncy for our 39' trawler as many small weekend boaters go in and out of Hillsboro River. Overall, we'll be back because the downtown Tampa location can't be beat.
