No frills family owned marina. People are very friendly and the staff is very attentive. The location itself offers great weather protection. Not a ton of amenities but that’s not what I’m looking for. I’ve been here for seven years and plan to be here many more. Very fishing friendly. I feel you get the best of both worlds with access to Long Island Sound and the Connecticut River. It’s nice to have the option of taking a nice ride up river when it’s blowing and the Sound is a little too rough to be enjoyable.
