Very poor communication upon initial contact when looking for our slip assignment. We called on the radio several times, but we were not able to hear the instructions. I finally called on the phone and we were able to get our assignment.
We were disappointed that no one was available to assist us with docking. The weather was not cooperating, and we were dealing with 25-35 knot winds at the time of our arrival.
The facilities were clean, but the floating docks are in dire need of repair. Uneven surfaces, as well as loose boards, made walking to the main dock extremely hazardous, especially at night.
Although we had some issues, we will probably return in the future.
