North Shore Marina

This was our first year renting a boat slip at North Shore Marina. We are pleased with the entire experience. Erika is great to work with as in everyone else at the Marina. We look forward to many more years as a slip renter.

Great customer service

The docks were in pretty good shape as far as bumpers to keep your boat from scratching. When we first got there we had no idea which slip was #48. Nothing is marked on the outside of the slip only on the front of the docks, which you cannot see from the water. So we had to pull into an open dock to go find our slip. Lots of boats were complaining about this. We also had multiple boats just pull into the slip next to us while they were getting ready to go out in the lake or to wait for a vehicle to load. This was very annoying to say the least. One boat even banged into our boat. Good thing we happen to be in the boat and had buoys out to stop any further damage. Would be nice to have a sign that says private slips on those and better signage on slips for 15 minute waiting. All those slips seem to be clear up by the Store. Just a few comments. All in all it was a great time.

The best Marina family a person can have. Everyone is willing to jump in and help. The staff has high standards in customer service.

The NSM Staff is hands down top notch! Friendly, attentive and PHENOMENAL customer service! Huge shoutout to Brittany for hooking me up yesterday! Truly amazing! Again and again I will repeat this. Since leaving the first review I’ve used the slip at least 3 more nights!!!

They just need more signs letting people know that the sites along the ramp side of the dock are reserved. Every time we came back to dock, someone was parked in our slip. Other than that, it was great...

Loved how convenient it was to the campgrounds!

Amazing as always! One thing I would recommend are the having the reserved spot numbers displayed at the end of the dock so we can see them when coming in to the slip.

Staff was very friendly, we rented a boat slip for two nights but our boat had a mechanical problem on the first day so we were unable to to use the slip, the staff gave us a credit to use the slip on another date. It helped make a bad day a little better.

Slip was great, people were friendly and helpful. Had a great time!

Holiday weekend rental. The staff was much more responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with this season than previous years. I do wish they would line more slips with rubber bumpers edges and not as much exposed steel edges and corners on the walkways between slips. Hard to protect rubbing if your tie ups dont sit in just the right location. Ugly new scratch on boat this time. Price went up some ,(guess that comes with changes). Over all good experience.

It was great!! So nice to have a dock to use instead of loading & unloading the boat.
