One of the better values to be had in the Keys. But expect to receive what you pay for. It was nice to be able to tie up, side-to, right in front of our basic hotel room.
But there is no beach and only a small pool. It is strictly a small boater's stop.
The seawall is lined with pilings. The rubber fenders on the pilings have largely deteriorated. Fortunately, our boat cleats lined up well with some pilings so it was easy for us to keep some fenders in line with the pilings even as the boat moved with the tide.
You should be prepared with some good-sized fenders before arriving here.
There is no electric or water.
The room is nice enough. We arrived well before the 4 pm check-in time, and the owner asked the cleaning crew to prepare our room quickly, which they did. It also meant they missed a few things, but air-conditioning and a shower that was a fair trade off for us.
The room had coffee, a small fridge and a microwave.
There is a decent little complimentary breakfast in the morning.
