The power was out in town. It is unfathomable that a modern marina such as this does not have back up power. A long with the power outage ,the electric locks on the restrooms and shower houses didn't work. The only good aspect of my stay was the excellent security.

We understand and appreciate the importance of shore power and access to amenities for all our guests. We'd like to clarify a few points:
- While our slip rental aims to provide the best amenities possible, it does not guarantee power or restroom access continuously, especially during external crises.
- Given our commitment to offering affordable rates to our boating community, we, like many businesses in our area, have to make decisions about resource allocation. This sometimes means we may not be prepared for every extreme event, including the provision of extensive backup power during a major outage.
We're heartened to hear your positive feedback on our security during your stay. We're continually working to enhance our facilities and services, and we value feedback such as yours to guide us in that journey. Thank you for your understanding.

NoReportCrescent City Harbor marina is relatively new with steel pilings with anti-bird tops and cement covered walkways, all of which makes for bird dropping-free walking and tie-up. The berths are wide and there are many dock cleats to tie-up any style of boat. The marina is gated at night and there is a 24-hour s3ecurity guard. You could not ask for a better marina.

NoReportThe docks were clean and great for what I was needing. The only issue was I needed a gate access key early in the morning and never received one. The good thing was though, severity meet me at the gate and let me in to access my boat

NoReportThe marina staff and security were awesome.
There were some pretty shady boats on the docks. People would walk up to the side of the boat; a window would slide open and an exchange was made. Lots of dog doo on the docks. Aside from that Crescent City is a nice place to visit.
We would stop again.

NoReportThere is no provision for late arrivals. The security person has no ability to issue a key. Also the rate charged was $6.00 more than I was quoted when I called the marina.

NoReportGreat harbor that is easy to enter and well marked. Dock H, for visiting vessels, has plenty of space and no surge. There are easy walking/bike paths into town, and a great brewery. The slip reservation process on Dockwa was easy and the Harbor staff were responsive and very helpful.
