This is not a yacht club. It's informal, simple, comfortable, friendly,and relaxed. The members of the Bouquard family are willing to help the boater in any way possible. Hanging around is a joy and an education from long-time wharf rats.
It's the only place with moorings rather than docks, I believe, and probably the cheapest place to keep a boat in the area.
They've been there for over a hundred years, so it's also historic.
