The Port Arthur Yacht Club is a bastion of hope on Pleasure Island. They are a GREAT club and offer the amenities that the Pleasure Island Marina lacks! They have ice, laundry, Wi-Fi, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and great knowledge of services and shops in the Port Arthur area.
The club offers sailing programs for kids, Thursday evening sailboat races from April through September, and a great social environment. Visitors and guests are welcome to join for races; best to be around the club house about 1700 to talk to the skippers and select the best boat to race with!
