A very nice marina. Jay the Dockmaster is very friendly & helpful. Clean restroom, laundry, lounge, and patio area.
The current is fairly strong (3-6Knts) so bet is to dock facing bow southward. You're on the ICW, with floating docks.
My son & I came in with engine trouble in a 36ft Carver. Jay met us at the dock and helped pull us in on one engine. Then he helped to make sure we were squared away before going back to working on he marina.
My only peeves are:
1. Other boaters on the ICW don't seem to remember about marinas and No Wake Zones.
2. The free WiFi is fast, but not a great signal out on the transient dock. However, a short walk (200ft) gets you into an air conditioned boaters lounge.
I'll be putting this on the places to revisit on the Great Loop route.
