Much like the second poster said... this is definitely one of the nicer marinas on Clear Lake. It's very well care for. Excellent amenities. Only down side really isn't anything to do with marina. As mentioned, definitely need to watch charts and navigate with caution when approaching the entrance, especially in the cooler months. The marina itself has sufficient depth...
