Nice slip right in front of the Butler restaurant. Clean bathrooms. Very helpful staff. They loaned me a 50 amp splitter-adapter so I could plug in both of my 30 amp cords.

Excellent service from dock master Steve and assistant John —tying us up (6 lines) upon arrival, connecting the power cord, connecting the dock water hose , providing an in slip pump out ,on departure disconnecting everything they had connected and being friendly and personable. Made the stay just what we all hope for. Couldn’t be better.

One of my favorite marinas on the Great Lakes. Dockmaster Steve was awesome, as was his entire team. We were there for 6 days and enjoyed every minute of our visit.

This is our go to marina when we take a boat trip to Saugatuck. Great location, very helpful staff. Given that it is a private facility, they really treat visitors very well and make you feel right at home.

I felt really exclusionary in that I couldn’t use the club grill or sit at their picnic tables on the lawn. Steve was great and brought a grill to me.

Marina is close to everything, easy walk to the shops and restaurants, access to pool is great, dock-master is friendly and very helpful, beautiful place. Sometimes it can get a little rocky due to the boat traffic on the river so make sure to tie up well. Great place and will be going back.

Excellent marina! We stated 3 nights, it’s close to downtown within easy walking distance to everything.

Crew was great as always. New pavilion at Butler will be nice but construction work at 8AM by a marina not so good.

Great staff and easy access into the slips. We forgot our 50 amp to 30 amp shore power adapter, but they had one we were able to borrow. Restrooms and showers are perfectly adequate, but not what I would have expected from a "yacht club". They need to be updated as compared with other marinas and yacht clubs along the eastern shore of LM.

Tom and his crew were very helpful and welcoming. The location cannot be beat and we all enjoyed the pool.

This marina is on the pricey side but it’s probably worth it. The dock master Tommy, is amazingly helpful. There is a pool and nice changing rooms. The wifi is decent. It’s very walkable to restaurants and shops. The Butler music can be a tad loud, but it’s a minor nuisance. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Despite having a paid/confirmed reservation on Dockwa, and exchanging messages with with the SYC manager confirming same -- we were not provided with a slip number prior to our visit. The afternoon of our arrival, we called ahead to request a slip number -- and that went to voicemail. Our call was not returned. We arrived later that night to find a completely full marina, and no place to park our boat. Singapore YC had every opportunity to provide us a slip number via email, text or voice call. This situation could have been avoided - easily. But their lack of follow-through put us in a vulnerable and frustrating position. It is hard to fully express our level of frustration with polite words.

Marina manager told us we would likely get a transient slip and then stopped returning voice mails. Just a “no slips available” reply would have been professional, and it was more frustrating when we got a slip elsewhere and found that they were calling people to offer them slips, at least one of whom called after we did.

Kevin was awesome making sure the slip was convenient and safe. Everyone very friendly on the dock and very short walk for food and drinks. Docks and facilities in excellent condition. Very quick response for reservations on Dockwa. Extended the stay an extra night because of the great experience. Can’t wait to return!!

Top Notch Marina! The dock hands are extremely helpful and professional. Permanent slip holders are friendly and welcoming. The grounds, docks, picnic tables, and pool are immaculate. River on one side and beautiful park edged with a long boardwalk on the other side that connects the waterfront experience to the wonderfully quaint town--it doesn't get much better than this place on the Great Lakes!

We really enjoyed the way the entire Marina was maintained and staff was very friendly. We had an opportunity to meet a few members and they were very welcoming.

Dock master and crew were very helpful in getting us tied up at the slip. We were especially pleased about this as we arrived late in the afternoon with a strong storm impending. Restroom and showers were second rate with a broken shower fixture in ladies room and poor ventilation. Definitely several notches below what is provided I the Michigan municipal marinas at much lower cost.

Dock crew was fantastic! Nice pool, bbq grills and socially distanced tables. Super location close to shopping, no need for a dingy. Great visit.

Terrific place. Dock master, Tom was there to greet us and didn’t leave us until we were secure and utilities were working. He checked on the boat when we were off her and a storm came through. Restrooms and pool were clean and they even picked up our trash dockside

You really can’t ask for more. The setting is delightful. All of Saugatuck is in walking distance. The dock master was super responsive to my Dockwa emails. The deck hands took great care of us ; making sure we were tied in an dock power on before they went on their way. We will be back
