On arriving I calles on #9 and on #16 bit nobody answered. We waited a while and we was already about to enter at the slip the docmaster arrived and moved the little motorboat in the very entrance of the slip. It would be a good idea to equipe the docmaster with a mobile VHF. Same Story when we like to leave the marina. As nobody responded by VHF, i went to the Office- nobody was to find to move the little Motorboot which again blocked the entrence of the slip. I think it would need little to make the docmaster independent from his his other tasks to take care of arriving and departing boats.
