Overall our stay was good with no big issues (more a series of little things), however when paying that much for a slip, our expectations were set a bit higher before we arrived. The slips were very tight , the dockhands were not super accessible or helpful and we had to actually go to dockmaster office to get the important information (shower codes, WiFi codes, etc), the pool was like bath water (probably not very controllable in FL), the showers were dirty with poor shower heads and curtains with not enough hooks/ benches to put your things, ice was not readily available when the restaurant was closed and also, the washer was broken for our entire stay which we needed while cruising on our boat. All small things but they definitely add up to nuisances when you are staying on your boat.
