It was the worst experience I've had reserving with Dockwa. I approached marina and made contact by radio. They told me to dock behind a Maine ship. I thought they meant a boat registered in Maine. Couldn't find it. There was no one on the dock to help us tie up. Couldn't make radio contact again. I tried calling their land line, but no one answered. Stayed around a while, but no one appeared on the dock. I finally saw the "Maineship" it was a brand of boat that I didn't know. I finally left in frustration and was accommodated at a fine marina with good service. I later discovered a transcript of a voice mail from the dockmaster saying he was taking the day off. Obviously he did not appoint someone to replace him., not even someone to answer the phone or reply on the VHF.
