NBB has been a five star destination for as long as I can recall. No so anymore. Maybe it's the change in management or maybe they just decided they didn't need to be so great, being the only game in town.
Don't get me wrong, they are still top notch, just not what they used to be. And that's disappointing to long time customers like us.
