HORRIBLE! We made a reservation that was confirmed. We get to Paynes and the person that answered phone had no idea we had a reservation, told us to sit and wait. There are a ton of boats head of us who are looking for a dock. Then he hung up. I attempted to cancel reservation for a full refund and their phone lines weren’t working all of a sudden. terrible experience
