Hello and thank you for reaching out. I love your app and your service model, unfortunately, not all the marinas that you deal with follow through. We booked a three night stay at Paynes Marina approximately six weeks ago. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would not have a slip and were rafted five boats out from the dock with no power or water available to us. After speaking with the office, they informed us that there was no slip and no alternative. However, they did say that they would move us to a slip the next day, which in fact, they did. The second and third evenings of our stay were most enjoyable and very much to our satisfaction. I believe that we deserve a full refund or at least a full Dockwa credit for day one of our visit.
