The dock slip was very convenient. As stated on Dockwa the slip had power and freshwater hookup. The marina lead directly out to the Gulf so very easy access.
The only issue:
It Should be stated very clearly somewhere on Dockwa that the Ramp is very short for launching a boat. My boat is 22ft and I could not launch at this ramp. I had to launch at the nearest public ramp, which was fine, but it should have been known ahead of time. Make a maximum boat size to launch listed for this marina.
