Not a $5/ft marina. It’s located on a resort/vacation island, which is how they get away with the ridiculous rate. While there is a large deli/shop and restaurant/bar on property, this is necessary because there’s nothing else around except houses. Tried hailing on vhf four times plus calling on phone twice before finally getting through. Only stayed here because I was visiting someone 7 miles away.
