My 36' Sabre has been at Marina Point for half a year now, and I am especially pleased with the good parking very close to the slips-great access! Restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained, if a bit spartan. Nestled in the corner of the basin, slips are well protected and quite quiet.
My only negative is that this marina does not accept live-aboards. I'd be one in a heartbeat if they' change their policy!
