The place used to be great but going downhill fast. Lots of empty slips when it used to be full with a waiting list. Maybe it’s because the manager and county treats its customer’s so poorly. 25 dollar pump outs, gas dock closes at 4 pm as the staff goes home at 430. The porta potties just keep getting more disgusting each year as it seems after Covid they are looking at every avenue to save money. I expect next year we might just have a hole dug behind a tree to do our business.Not to mention you don’t want to swim in there with the likely hood of people dumping their sewage overboard. Noisy pot smoking boaters partying till all hours of the night and no one does anything about it. If you want a good deal on a transient slip for the night just come in after 430 and leave before 8 and they won’t even know you stayed but just bring a shovel as you might need it if the porta potties get any worse.
They need new management but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
