Good Points: Price, location was excellent - right at downtown easy walk to events, arts, museums, restaurants. Security - gate code to enter the dock area.
Not as good - Security: the gate codes may need to be changed more frequently as the homeless in the area came strolling through.
The area does seem to be a haven for the homeless as well.
