Dock space was nice and close to the downtown area we liked that about it. What we did not like is the amount of homeless folks that congregated right by the gate at the gate closest to the aquarium. And at the other end of the dock was an abandoned homeless camp with a lot of debris. We had good time but the amount of homeless traffic and trash was a bit concerning. I k ow that is somewhat out of your control just wanted to let you know
