Unfortunately my reservation request was not confirmed and next day on July 4th in the afternoon I called them several times and I was told no reservations available and was declined in my request... It was frustrating and I was pushed to sail different direction for July 4th celebration but it was not the end. After that later on my card was charged $65. The good thing after call to Port Jeff launch it was canceled and I should get my money back. I wish Port Jeff process the request on time so people can plan they trips and enjoy their stay at Port Jeff as always.
