Nice marina, If You have LOTS of $$$, Don't try to anchor in the bahia because they will not allow a dinghy to dock unless you have a slip. As for slips, unless you are on S dock anything inside of that with draft of 6 foot (max) will be stuck (unless it's high tide). Guards and office personnel are great, manager not so.
