Terrible - We called before coming in and asked if we needed any local knowledge to get into the marina. We were told just stay in the channel and no problem. About 200 feet from the entrance in the middle of the channel where the charts read 12 feet, we hit bottom bending a port side prop. This was such obvious information for the office to have told us or anyone else. We are limping back to Port Washington at a slow speed for repairs. This is really unforgivable.
