The dock master, Ed, was a proactive gentleman. He anticipated our need to have assistance as our boat is 28’, and as it was low tide and the docks were fixed. Assistance to tie up and disembark was necessary. He also helped us take our luggage and golf clubs to the hotel. If we had walked on our own it would have taken two trips back and forth and in 100 degree weather that would have been very difficult. All in all, A+
