Amazing stay at Piscataqua. Due to vessels size(86), not alot of options for dockage in the area. Reached out to Piscataqua and they had space available. Fantastic dockmaster, vessels scheduled arrival was changed a few times but dockmaster/marina was readily available to accommodate schedule change. I take a single 100A for power, marina only had 50A power so used a splitter and had solid electric entire stay. (Some marinas power pedestals get squirelly when using a splitter, not the case here.) A word about 'boat wakes' here. Our stay was over a weekend and weekdays. Yes, its a little rolly at times on the weekend but during the week not a problem at all. And I'll take the occasional 'roll' from a boat wake due to how absolutely convenient this marina is to lots of restaurants, nice little market about a 7 minute walk away, and the view of the waterway/town here is wonderful. Am definitely going make this marina my first choice for dockage when traveling through the area. Current does run a little strong but its parallel to the dock and of no issue when docking. Can't wait to return.
