Location is great, but this dock is in poor condition, power is erratic, many stanchions do not work. The dock is poorly managed with small boats docking in the middle of a large space and taking up 3 time their length, preventing other boats form docking. Port staff came and looked but did nothing about it. We were lucky to find enough room to put our 50' boat, but the spot was tricky to get into and out of.
