We made a reservation and were told that we could tie up at the old gas dock. Not knowing how horrible it was, we agreed. there were NO signs to tell us where to park. The longer dock with power stations had signs indicating that it was for pump out only. We found a spot to tie up. We had to use 2 fifty foot power cords to barely reach the power. Water was available at the same location and we had to borrow a hose. No one from the marina ever came to insure that we had service. The next evening we did not have power. We turned on our generator and ran it till after 10:00 p.m. wasting fuel. we called security since the office was closed. A nice guard said that he would come over and call a maintenance worker who turned out to be rather rude. We went to bed and at about 11:15 the worker woke us up to tell us the problem had been fixed. It was difficult to get back to sleep. We did not have any security and one evening a man in a hoody was wandering around, when asked where his boat was, he said not here. We did not feel safe. We feel that we should received some compensation for this awful experience. We have booked four more marinas with you but do not look forward to doing it next year.
