Safe Harbor Saugatuck Yacht Service

This is my homeport. I usually extend the boating season by being last out and first in. This marina is very convenient as my slip is only a few 100 feet away from heated indoor storage. They have complete mechanical service and just installed fast wi-fi all around the marina.

This is a great intimate marina with a serene setting. A relaxing place after getting off often bumpy Lake Michigan. Here, you get all of the benefits of Saugatuck, without all the hubbub. It's an easy walk from the town of Saugatuck, one of the best boating destinations in the US, with great restaurants and fun night life, yet without the tourists pressing their noses against your salon windows like in town. There is a great yacht club here (Saugatuck Marine Yacht Club) that is more like a family. You will be greated with open arms by members. There is a super, not to be missed restaurant right next to it called the Elbo Room - outstanding menu!!!! and an incredible view down the Kalamazoo River.
